    Helpful manager

    The mattress on my bed was a very cheap looking uncomfortable one - not what I would expect from somewhere that is promoting itself as a nice place to stay. Toilet was extremely cramped in bathroom - i'm glad I only stayed one night.

    Always excellent quality and fresh breakfasts.

    Simply no complaints, real GOOD stay. Huge & reasonably clean hotel, good service, absolutely perfect and incredible location close to absolutely everything to see in Brighton.

    Much to expensive for what you get. I have travelled a lot in the past and stayed in all sorts of hotels and in my opion the room (3 persons) we got is not suited for 3 persons. It was small,the safe was broke,very hot(no airco),old interieur,no elevator(8 stairs up),shower was very very small and no ventilation! It was very disapointing and it is that we had to pay in front otherwise we would have left and searched for an other hotel.

    My room was at the top of four flights of stairs luckily I didn't have a bad leg The decor was terrible the cleaning in the hotel was very poor especially my room I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    we had a balocny overlooking the sea, and a view of a grassy square.Good location, close to town, but in a villag-style area

    wifi very slow, room was dirty and cleaners did not come one day. Breakfast was poor, hotel was overpriced, spa was chargeable by the hour, and had to be booked in advance. Massage was not good.
